CREDIT CARD SAFETY

How we protect you: 

Shopping at MyOfficeTable.com is safe and guaranteed. Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are securely transmitted over the Internet 

Payment Options:
We safely accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express via our SSL secured server. When you provide a faxed or mailed check, you authorize a one-time electronic funds transfer from your account or to process this transaction as a check.


SHIPPING

Free Shipping:
Most of our in-stock tables ship free within the continental U.S. via UPS Ground. 

When Shipping Fees Apply:
Shipments outside the continental United States (e.g. Alaska, Hawaii) can be arranged by calling us at 866-266-4344. These type of shipments do not qualify for Free Shipping. 

Due to their size, our conference tables ship via common carrier (LTL). These type of shipments do not qualify for Free Shipping. In these cases, we will contact you about the details and to estimate the shipping charges before your order is formally placed.

We also offer overnight shipping (air freight) on selected tables. These type of shipments do not qualify for Free Shipping. In these cases, we will contact you about the details and to estimate the shipping charges before your order is formally placed.

P.O. Boxes:
We cannot ship any items to a P.O. Please provide a street address.

Accuracy of Address:
Please make sure your address information is accurate and complete. If the address is incomplete it may delay receipt of your order and you will be charged a fee to correct the address (even if only the suite number is missing).


FREIGHT DAMAGE AND CLAIMS

For UPS Ground Shipments: 
Any damage or loss incurred in transit is the responsibility of the courier. Please follow these procedures:
Please inspect all packages immediately with the carrier present. Make note of any shortages or damage. Make a claim with the carrier.
Retain the merchandise and all packing materials for inspection by the carrier.
Notify MyOfficeTable.com Customer Service team at 866-266-4344 within 5 days of receipt of shipment.

For Common Carrier (LTL) Shipments:  

FREIGHT DAMAGE WILL COST YOU IF YOU DO NOT…

  • Note any freight damage or shortages on delivery receipt at time of delivery – Tip: inspect our black shrink wrap for damage
  • Refuse badly damaged or altered shipments.

What should you do to avoid freight claim problems?

  • Have a personal orcompany representative on site to inspect and sign for LTL shipments
  • Carefully examine each carton for visible damage
  • Verify count

What to do after you discover hidden freight damage?

  • Take pictures of damaged product
  • Call carrier to report damage and schedule inspection
  • Retain damaged items and packaging at original receiving location undisturbed, unaltered and unused  

If damage is noted on delivery receipt, we will assist in the filing of claims, and will arrange for replacement products ASAP.

We are not responsible for concealed damage or shipments that have not followed the simple procedures listed above.


RETURNS

If your order has any problems, please contact Customer Service at 866-266-4344 within 5 days of receipt of order.. We will do everything to help you resolve any issues. Our Customer Service hours are Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm EST. 

Custom table tops for Conference Tables are made to your specifications and are not refundable.


WARRANTY

Complete Tables and all components included therein are warranted for a period of 5 years from date of original invoice against poor workmanship and manufacturing defects. We retain the right to replace or repair at our option any products or parts thereof which are found defective in materials or workmanship. Warranty becomes invalid for products engineered by client whereas construction method, material specifications of final product assembly adversely affects materials and or workmanship. In no event shall liability under this warranty exceed the original purchase price. Warranty becomes invalid if the product or part exhibits abuse, improper or unusual use. This warranty is invalid if product is subject to caustic or abrasive cleaning agents or sharp objects that cause damage. This Warranty is invalid if the product is altered from its original condition or client performs additional processing on the product that results in any alteration from its original condition. This warranty does not cover self edge tops and/or tables where table legs/bases are more than 60" apart and do not include steel top support. Our tables and table tops are not for outdoor use. Any damage related to the outdoor use is not covered under this warranty. For purposes of this warranty, normal wear to the product finish shall not be considered a defect. This Warranty is expressly made in lieu of any and all other warranties expressed or implied.
